week in the Baptiste Power Vinyasa
method and provides students
strength, inspiration and
life-changing tools for renewal. The
only accredited Baptiste Affiliate
studio in Ft. Worth, Indigo's
caliber of teaching is consistent,
experienced and always evolving. All
teachers have trained extensively
with Baron Baptiste and teach the
Baptiste philosophies as a team.

environment that caters to
individual attention and are offered
7 days a week at consistent morning,

Baptiste Power Vinyasa Yoga Classes |
|
Our Primary Vinaysa Yoga
Class - ALL Levels.
This practice is for people
who are ready to tap into
their inner power;
physically, mentally,
emotionally and spiritually.
Based on the Baron Baptiste
Power Vinyasa Yoga Method,
this practice is a
combination of different
traditions of yoga,
including Ashtanga, Iyengar,
Bikram and others, that
combine for a dynamic mix of
strength and spirit. It will
not only tone your body but
it will open energetic
channels to a calmer,
peaceful spirit ignited with
confidence. This practice
teaches to many levels which
allows for beginners,
intermediate and advanced
students to be challenged
and comfortable in the same
class.
All Baptiste lessons are
taught in a moderately,
radiantly heated room
(approx. 90 degrees) for
safe stretching and
movement. Class times vary
from the 60-minute early
morning class (“Hour of
Power”), to the main 75-
minute weekday lesson, to
our longer, challenging
90-minute weekend classes.

Power Yoga Basics Class |
|
New to yoga?
Experienced but prefer a
shorter, cooler class?
Heat intolerant?
Recovering from injury or
illness? Post-partum?
Many students who are new to
yoga often seek classes
where they feel comfortable
enough to be beginners, to
ask questions and to learn
the basics... and help get
over the “I don’t know what
I’m doing!” hump. Many
experienced students seek
additional education in yoga
by attending Basics classes
to sharpen their skills.
Still others need a shorter
class to suit their schdules.
And some are simply heat
intolerant and are more
comfortable in a more
temperate room (Basics
classrooms are never heated
over 80 degrees) than in our
typically warm Primary
classroom which is heated to
90 degrees. If any of these
scenarios are what you need
for your yoga, the Basics
class will be a perfect fit.

Beginner's Series |
|
In this
6-week, 12-class Power Yoga Beginner
Series, you will learn the basics of
vinyasa (flow) yoga: alignment,
stretching, standing and seated
poses, as well as breathing
techniques. You will immediately
begin to experience the benefits
that can arise from practicing yoga
such as increased flexibility,
strength, cardiovascular health, as
well as a sense of well-being and
relaxed awareness. This is a perfect
opportunity for a newcomer to take
classes with other beginners, learn
the basics, and get a solid
foundation so you will feel
confident attending any of our
ongoing classes. This series is
designed for students with no
previous experience although current
students are welcome to take the
series as a refresher or to get more
detailed instruction on the asanas
(poses).

Yoga for Kids |
|
Give
your children the opportunity to
create a solid foundation of
strength, flexibility, focus, stress
management, health and camaraderie
through yoga... and while they are
in yoga class learning these things
under our careful and loving
supervision, you too can practice
YOUR yoga simultaneously at our
regular class held at 4:30! (In
other words, no more babysitters
when you want to go to yoga class!)
This 75 minute class is open to
children ages 4-12. Ages 8-12 meet
on Mondays and ages 4-6 meet
Wednesdays. Empower your children to
learn life-long practices in
postures, breathing, communication
and fun. Sold in 6-class packages
which have NO expiration (because we
know you all have busy lives with
many activities and commitments) for
$80. Lesson includes mat, water and
a light, nutritious snack.
Kids Class Letter
The "Grown-Up" class is our primary
Baptiste all-levels vinyasa class
held in our separate, larger
practice studio. Both lessons are 75
minutes in length. Note: the kids
yoga class is not heated.

Born Yogis - Mommy & Baby Yoga |
|
Lay out
the comfy blankets and let your new
little spirits share your love for
yoga! In this 45 minute class, Mommy
and Baby will be given a place to
strengthen and bond. After meeting
and greeting, we will get on our
mats and do a regular, 30 minute
yoga class with Baby watching and
cooing! Our yoga will specifically
target areas we use most with
infants and toddlers (you know how
that one arm you use to carry Baby
gets tired and tense? Or is your
neck hurting from hours in the
rocker? Or are you just ready to get
back in shape?) We will provide an
open enough environment that if you
need to care for your baby, feed,
nurse or play, you can. Your baby
will love to watch you do yoga! The
last portion of class will be
interactive posing with the baby
.... super fun movement for them and
priceless bonding for you both.
