Indigo Yoga and one of the world's most respected and
loved master yoga teachers - Baron Baptiste - inspire
you to transform more than body and mind with the 40
Days to Personal Revolution Program! This program is
designed to completely recondition your way of life. It
is not a strict, dogmatic, disciplined regime that
offers step-by-step instructions, but rather a chance to
creatively use your intuition and integrate many facets
of yoga into your daily life.The program's purpose is to
guide you to your own personal transformation which
occurs on four basic levels: physically, mentally,
emotionally and spiritually. 40 Days is a progressive
program that leads you deep into a basic Yogic way of
life and excellent health. During the six week program
you will align your mind with the Laws of Transformation
taught in Baron's book and you will see that the
transformation really happens quite naturally. You will
lose weight if you need to, become less reactive and
more calm, get in better shape physically, drop bad
habits, eliminate negative thinking, reduce your stress
level, develop a positive attitude, and become a more
attractive, magnetic person on the inside and out. The
transformation happens when we change on the inside

6 weeks of yoga,
committing to 4-5 days of practice a week

Nutritional and dietary
education, support and goal-setting

team meetings on Sundays at 2:15 pm

schedule to meet the needs of your schedule and
provide opportunities for additional practices

Special guest speakers
will introduce naturopathic, holistic, natural
healing methods, practices and techniques.

Baptiste's book, 40 Days to Personal Revolution

4-5 days of studio yoga
per week - come to any class you like, at any time!
More early morning, noon-time and weekend classes
will be scheduled during the program.

1-2 day(s) of home
practice per week

Daily meditation
practices - in addition to meditation in asana
practice, separately scheduled meditation classes
will be taught and guided.

Weekly introspection of
your nutritional habits and a natural, moderate
improvement of your diet. You will use Baron's book
as a guide to designing a reasonable, healthy,
whole-food diet suitable for your own personal
needs. In week 4, our team meeting will invite a
guest speaker on detoxing techniques. In that same
week we complete a 3-day fruit fast to gently
cleanse and purify your body of impurities. This is
not just a physical cleanse; you will notice an
enormous shift in your mental perception of the
quality and quantity of food your body requires.
During the fast you may like to take a home practice
and a day off to to conserve energy.

Participation in Team
Meetings. These discussions are not compulsory but
you are invited to attend and share your experiences
or just simply listen to the experiences of others.
In past programs this has been one of the most
valuable experiences for many students completing
the course. Guest speakers will also be attending,
bringing the teachings of cleansing, detoxing,
acupuncture, reflexology, herbal remedies,
vegetarian eating and cooking, Ayurvedic medicine
and Chinese medicine to your journey.

Journaling/Reflection -
You are asked to keep your own journal during the 40
Days and answer questions in the book which will be
introduced at Team Meetings. These questions are to
remain private unless you wish to share them and are
simply thought starters for great introspection.

Supplementary Lesson

including your instructors, completing the program
with you and belonging to a community free of
judgment and full of love. · Experiencing commitment
on all levels - physically, mentally and
emotionally...

Physically: weight loss,
strength and flexibility, better and perhaps less
needed sleep, more efficient digestion, clearer
skin, decrease in cravings and mood-swings, less
reliability on and need for medications, better
circulation, lower blood pressure, relief of pain
and healing of injury.

Mentally: Higher energy,
sharper focus, less anxiety, less reactivity, better
listening and communication skills, and less draw
toward agitation and distraction.

Emotionally: Acceptance
of self and others, reconditioning of expection,
release of addiction and sabotaging behaviors and
thoughts, clear communication and the cultivation of
healthy relationships with nutrition. The discipline
of stillness in yoga practice and meditation will
vastly transform your personal and spiritual being
in total betterment and connection.

Each week your teacher(s)
are available to talk about your experience and
offer guidance if sought. Indigo Yoga and your
teammates are very supportive and enjoy the
opportunity to share the challenges and triumphs you
will experience.

*Note: this program is an additional fee to whatever
package of classes (bulk or single) you currently have
in place. It does not include the cost of your classes.
It is advisable to at least purchase a one-month
unlimited package to get the most value during the 40
Days program.
SCHEDULING ANNOUNCEMENT: As
of August 31, we will no longer need to encourage you to
"reserve" your mat space ahead of time! With the
expansion of the studio, it will no longer be necessary
- you are free to drop in to any class and be assured of
a space. You are still welcome to reserve online if you
prefer to know your mat is reserved, but it will not be
necessary as it has been in the past with our limited
space. Hooray!
